Our process prior to Expend was a manual process of claim forms which were approved by managers at different locations, sometimes remotely, which added to the processing time.
How Expend has helped:
Employees have been given an Expend card, the automatically captures expense information at the point of sale, once the data has entered in Expend this is checked by our finance manager and he is able to sync this with our accounting platform.

Overall, all users involved with Expend have shared great feedback, from Finance, to Directors, Managers down to individual cardholders, praising the system for it's ease of use and user-friendly interface, both for the dashboard and the app. I believe that Expend has the most comprehensive offering on the market for this type of product (and there are not many around).
